Commercial Break - Prisma Estúdio Lisboa
Prisma is proud to announce the official launch of its online shop! Our store will support the local emergent art scene and boasts exclusive prints, reproductions and originals by our members.
A week-long market setting will set the stage for an Agora that invites members to delve into the hustle of art.
Do you need to sell to be an artist? Do higher grossing artists gain accreditation? What is the role of art in a hypercapitalistic market, is it but a plaything and laundering scheme for the over privileged or does it have a non monetizable value? And how does crypto play into all of this?
Join us in postulating these and many other issues relating to commercialism vs. art. The program includes movement performances, a disco infused DJ set, an open stage for free self-expression, Hummus, existential swapmarket, a swimming pool with a snake in it, as well as art & merch by some of our member artists.

It is in this relationship between the human body and the hood of a car that he finds inspiration for his unique characters and comic stories of unusual environments

Ever since I was a child I grew up surrounded by art and nature. The simplicity of how things grow, evolve and then return back to earth fascinates me. Observing natural life cycles and the never ending pursuit of the origin of all things are what drives me and my work. This is my attempt at grasping a dream felt reality.
I create colorful Illustrative portraits, i bring life to beauty in women as I see it. Many things influence me and you can see them in my work, but I tend to stick to a common general theme. I mainly use acrylic paint, but I also use my beloved pencils, pens and markers!
