An afternoon workshop in Prisma listening to music and learning how to do lino-cut prints. The instructor Marija Reikalas introduces the history, tools and basics of this beautiful printmaking technique and guides us through the process. all necessary materials are provided, you need only bring your imagination and willingness to learn.
The workshop is guided by Marija, a graphic artist and printmaker working in illustration and graphic design. Marija produces her work in lino-cut and silk-screen printing techniques. She studied and practiced printmaking for more than 10 years, writing her Master Thesis on Analogue Printing Techniques and their recent revival in contemporary culture.
