Paula Dornan from Madrid and Christina Sayoğlu from Athens, both mixed media artists involved with photography invite you to explore together the improvisation and mysticism of the experimental photographic technique of cyanotype, originally invented in 1842.
They incorporate found objects and elements of nature highlighting the singularity and uniqueness of each handcrafted image that can never be remade again with the exact same details surrounding each one. A collaboration of chemistry, the sun and a friendship that came “Out Of The Blue”.
